add plugins on eclipse

This is tutorials about add coverlipse on eclipse ben ora lali meneh… semangkin bertambah umur kok yo semakin melupakan sesuatu yang sudah pernah dilakoni.

Step-by-step instructions:

  • In Eclipse, click Help -> Software Updates -> Find and Install.
  • In the dialog, select Search for new features to install, then Next.
  • In the next step, add a New Remote Site. Name it “Coverlipse update site”, the URL is “http://coverlipse.sf.net/update/”.
  • Press Finish. Eclipse now searches for the Coverlipse feature to install and shows that to you.

If offline, you can do :

Download coverlipse-0.9.x.zip from the Sourceforge download area.

  • Close all open Eclipse windows.
  • If you have an earlier version of Coverlipse installed, remove them as explained below.
  • Unzip the zip file to your Eclipse 3.x installation directory or an appropriate extension location.
  • Start Eclipse.
  • Verify that the plugin has been detected: Help -> About eclipse platform, then Plugin details. Among your other plugins, there should be a plugin called “Coverlipse” in the list.
    • If the plugin is not there, it might be detected, but disabled. To enable it, click Help -> Software updates -> Manage Configuration. Enable the button “Show disabled features” (as shown in the screenshot below) navigate to the install location, select “Coverlipse” and enable it on the right side of the window.
